Refund Policy:
- Refund of purchased and unused hours will be issued if the client asks for refund.
- There will be no refund for the hours which is purchased using promotional coupons.
- All the hours that has been used for working on the assigned hours are non refundable.
Terms Of Service:
- We reserve the right to reject any service request by the client that we think we wont be able to do.
- All our activities on a project will be guided by the client.
- We will not share any confidential information, shared with us by the client, outside our company.
- All the purchased hours must be utilized during the validity period of those hours, after validity period of hours no refund will be issued for expired hours.
- Hours used while communicating with the client will be charged as per the agreed on hourly rate.
- We will try to provide you with the screenshot taken every few minutes while working on your task however it is not possible to do it 100% of the time and therefore you may find some added hours in your bill without supporting screenshots.
- If you want us to stop working on a task then you’ll have to inform us at least 4 hours in advance.
- We reserve the right to stop working on a task if the payment is not made on time.
